I love doing in home family sessions! It is a great way to capture families in their element, and I feel like the kids do well because they are so comfortable at home. I loved the decor at the Kursar's home, it was a photographers dream there! The natural light was gorgeous! Window light is a key element to getting a beautiful family session at home. This session took place in Connecticut a short train ride away from the NYC. It was great to get out of the city for the day and meet this adorable family, could they be any cuter?!

I just love central park for family sessions. It's by far my favorite place in NYC. The trees are starting to blossom and I can't resist!! I want to do all my sessions there for the next month- I just might :) It made the perfect setting for this natural light family session. Is this not the most beautiful family ever?! They were so great to work with, and they just radiate love around them. I love when expecting mothers do family sessions, that way they can get a few maternity pics too :) I can't wait to meet there new addition next month! Be prepared to see more of this family soon!
This nyc lifestyle family session was one of my favorites. We were able to shoot at a beautiful nyc penthouse filled with natural dreamy light, it was perfect for their lifestyle session! It was so sweet watching Janelle and Ryan cuddle and snuggle baby Jack all afternoon. He loved it so much he fell fast asleep in their arms. Isn't this family the cutest ever? Talk about family goals. The best part is, they are also the nicest people you will ever meet!
